Hi-Fiber supports a balanced gut microflora, healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

SOLUBLE FIBER
Sourced from apples, inulin, and glucomannan, soluble fiber may assist in reducing LDL, commonly known as "bad" cholesterol.

INSOLUBLE FIBER
Insoluble fiber, such as cellulose and rice bran, is recognized for its role in helping with occasional constipation. It may also promote faster movement during digestion as well as support a healthy metabolism.

GLUTAMINE
Supplementation with the amino acid L-glutamine promotes a healthy gut, supports immune fuction and helps with maintaining muscle mass, especially during periods of intense exercise or recovery.

ALOE VERA GEL
Aloe Vera gel contains beneficial compounds, may help inhibit the growth of certain harmful bacteria, and may help during times of occasional constipation. The anthraquinones (plant compounds) in aloe vera gel support bowel regularity and may help improve gastrointestinal mobility.
